海底阀又名紧急切断阀，安装于罐体底部，阀瓣密封处于罐内， 阀体上设计有切断槽。当阀体受到意外的剧烈撞击时， 阀体罐外部分会沿切断槽断裂，从而保证罐体的整体密封，有效防止油料泄漏。
